6 passengers plus the captain is the max.  Give us a call to see what options are available for larger groups.  And there is no age limit.  But children under the age of 7 will be required to wear a life jacket while underway.  Please let us know in advance how many children and the ages in advance so we can be properly prepared with enough child life jackets.

Sea Paradise Charters supplies a licensed Coast Guard Captain, so you can get a buzz and be carefree while you enjoy a beautiful boating day in paradise.  We also supply a cooler with ice.  We can play music, but feel free to connect your own music to the blue tooth.  Bring all the food and drinks you want. BYOB! And we can provide a large pullable float, but make sure to bring along any other water toys you might want.

Sea Paradise Charters covers fuel expenses.  You can have a care-free cruise without worrying about how much fuel we are burning through!

The weather forecast is almost always wrong on Clearwater Beach, and that's a good thing!  100% chance of rain usually means we should expect a 10 minute shower and that will be followed by beautiful weather.  But more often than not it won't rain at all.  The sky can look scary and filled with clouds, but 20 minutes later they all get blown out to sea.  Luckily we don't have many bad weather days!  Because of this the captain will not make the call to cancel a trip till one hour before the cruises scheduled start time.   If the captain makes the call to cancel because he/she feels that the weather is too unfavorable to go out, we will do our best to reschedule you or you will receive a full refund.  If you are feeling uncertain about the weather or have to cancel for another reason, then you must call to cancel atleast 48 hours in advance of your cruises scheduled start time in order to receive a full refund.  You will get a 50% refund if you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation start time.  If you are late for your reservation, this may eat in to your cruise time.  If you are a No-Show you will not be refunded.  Sea Paradise Charters reserves the right to cancel any cruise, at any time, due to weather, safety, mechanical, and behavioral issues.

Sea Paradise Charters will have a Type 1 PFD (Life Jacket) for every passenger on the cruise, as well as a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and all other safety items required by the United States Coast Guard for charters.

We cannot guarantee we will see dolphins on every single dolphin cruise.  It is very rare to spend two hours boating in Clearwater without seeing them.  We will do our best to make sure you have an amazing cruise even when we get unlucky and the dolphins don't show up.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the boat.  Vaping is allowed.  For those of you that need a smoke break, there are many stops for a quick smoke.  Sandbars, docks and waterfront restaurants. 

Illegal drugs including marijuana are prohibited and if brought on the boat will immediately end the cruise without a refund.  Weapons of any kind are also strictly prohibited, and if seen the cruise will immediately end without a refund.  Most decorations are allowed as long as they can be attached by scotch tape.  Confetti is not allowed as it can sometimes be impossible to clean-up.  Bring all the booze you want!

The boat will have an upgraded sound system with an added amp and great speakers because music is essential for a great time on the water! You'll be able to connect your own music via bluetooth with your phone.

We will reach out to you before your cruise to work with you to find the best locations for you to board the boat.

69 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach Recreation Center: this is the most convenient pickup location if you are in Clearwater Beach.

Island Way Grill (Island Estates Public Boat Slips): this is the most convenient pick-up location if driving over from Clearwater.

Bellaire Causeway Boat Ramp - most convenient if coming from South or Clearwater Beach

Fishing is not allowed on our charters.  But feel free to to reach out and we can give you some great options and recommendations for local fishing charter captains.

Cruise routes can be changed due to weather conditions such as wind, rain, current and tides.  Our captains are very familiar with the Clearwater area and will find a route and boating destination that is safe and also guaranteed to be a fun life-time memory.

Cruises go from 2 hours till a full day ending after sunset.  We will work with you to customize the perfect cruise.

Captains mainly work for tips, so gratuity is greatly appreciated.  We suggest 20% gratuity.  Our captains are experienced, knowledgable, and work hard to give you the experience you're looking for. 

You will only get a refund if the cruise is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions.  Clearwater Beach sunsets are spectacular, and sometimes they are the best when the clouds are blocking the sun! That's when the sky gets the most colorful.  Being on the Gulf Coast Florida water's as the sun goes down is a beautiful experience!

Our cruises can be for almost any event, but can also be great for something different to do on a night off.  We are a great option for bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthday's and anniversary parties, engagement and retirement parties, and everything else.

Sea Paradise boats do not have restrooms on board.  Options for bathrooms are stopping by a waterfront restaurant, going behind the bushes at a private island, jumping in the water and going, or any other option you can think up.

Only service dogs are allowed on cruises.  No pets are allowed.

As long as there isn't a cruise booked immediately after yours, you can stay on the boat as long as you would like. Each additional hour is $100.  *Standard Tip to the Captain for accommodating you and making your cruise awesome is 20% of the total sales price.
